Guh

Short run today, and it wasn't a whole lot of fun. It was 17°, windy, snowing and almost dark. It hadn't started snowing yet when I was changing or stretching. It started just as I was heading out the door. It was a cold, slippery run. With that thin veneer of snow on the ground it disguised the icy sections that had formed after yesterday's warmth and last night's cold. I slipped and shuffled my way along the bike path. I kept telling myself that it was going to help me somewhere down the line. Which line...I have no idea.
